This UVC disinfection bag main control board is an integrated PCBA control solution specially developed for portable UVC disinfection bags, wearable item sterilization bags, and household portable sterilization equipment. The circuit board integrates core functions including UVC ultraviolet lamp drive, intelligent timing control, human body induction protection, battery charge and discharge management, overload protection, and touch key control.
Adopting a mature low-power MCU control scheme, this product features simplified circuit layout, high stability, and strong anti-interference performance. We provide one-stop PCBA services covering schematic design, PCB prototyping, program development, and mass production.
Equipped with a dedicated UVC ultraviolet lamp drive circuit compatible with conventional UVC sterilization tubes and UVC LED beads. Outputs stable driving current to ensure continuous operation without strobing or uneven brightness.
Built-in intelligent timing program supports multi-level timed sterilization modes with customizable working durations (3, 5, 10 minutes). Automatically powers off once sterilization is completed.
Automatically cuts off UVC light source when disinfection bag is opened or human proximity is detected, preventing ultraviolet radiation damage to skin and eyes.
Adopts low-power main control chip and optimized circuit design for extremely low standby power consumption and long battery life.
Integrated lithium battery charge and discharge management with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, and overheating protection.
Supports touch key operation for one-click sterilization start, timing mode switching, and equipment start/stop with sensitive circuit response.
