This product is a dedicated main control PCBA board for blow-type breathalyzers. It integrates multiple core functions including gas sensor signal acquisition, MCU data calculation, digital display, graded audio-visual alarm, lithium battery charge and discharge management, and key control.

Production Process Flow

Overall Process: PCB incoming inspection → Solder paste printing → SMT mounting → Reflow soldering → AOI optical inspection → Plug-in component welding → Board cleaning → Program burning → Functional testing → Aging test → Final inspection → Packaging and delivery

IQC Incoming Inspection
Check the appearance, silk screen, holes and circuits of PCBs to ensure no short circuit or open circuit. Verify that the model, specification, package and batch of electronic components are consistent with BOM standards. Reject all oxidized, damaged, wrong and mixed materials strictly.
SMT Mounting Process
Adopt fully automatic solder paste printing with stencil openings matching conventional 0603 and 0805 packages. Ensure precise component mounting without offset, tombstoning or cold solder joints. The reflow soldering temperature curve is set in accordance with civil control board standards.
Through-Hole Welding Process
Complete manual welding for plug-in components such as digital tubes, function keys, charging ports, buzzers and sensor sockets. Ensure full and firm solder joints without cold solder, false solder or excessive tin. Trim component pins neatly without burrs and residues.
Board Cleaning Process
Clean all flux residues on the board surface after welding. Ensure the board is free from yellowing, oil stains and residual flux to prevent moisture-induced leakage, circuit corrosion and subsequent functional failures.
Program Burning Process
Burn unified mass production programs and calibrate standard alcohol detection parameters for each board. Mark production batches after burning to prevent unprogrammed, incorrect or outdated program boards from flowing out of the factory.
Functional Testing Process
Conduct full-functional inspection for every single board, including power-on self-test, screen display, key triggering, charging function, low battery reminder, alcohol concentration identification and multi-level audio-visual alarm. Isolate and mark defective products independently.
Aging Test Process
Perform power-on aging test for more than 2 hours at room temperature. Simulate repeated power on/off, standby and detection working conditions to screen out unqualified boards with parameter drift and abnormal operation.
